We engaged Anowar at the showroom, and he was very friendly and helpful in providing all the information we needed. Cedric in a later date came down to our house for the site measurement; he was also very approachable, and the measurement process went smoothly.

On the actual installation day, everything was well-organised and smooth. We are very happy with the grille installed. The installers were friendly and helpful. One of them even went out of his way to help me open my Taobao wooden crate when he saw me struggling to open it.

Overall, it was a very good experience, and the price is very reasonable. Thank you for the excellent service!
